Having reviewed our online chat records and telephone calls the most commons questions we receive are as follows:

1. Have you received my documents?

You will be able to check if we have received your documents from the new online portal by selecting “My Account” from the top of the page. If you have any further queries we would recommend using the Live Chat Facility.

If we have not received a document you can instantly upload it in the "MySeguromo" Online Account.

2. Where do I send my documents?

Our address details are detailed on the website but just to confirm our address is., PO BOX 151, Letterkenny, Co Donegal.

3. Why is my policy locked?

If we do not receive some documents such as an obsolete certificate if you make a change to your policy we may lock your policy preventing a further policy change until we receive the original documents.

4. Where do I get my No Claims Bonus (NCB) from?

If you have earned a no claims bonus (NCB) this should have been sent along with the renewal notice from your previous insurer. This document will detail the number of claim free years your are entitled to.

5. Claims and Windscreen Numbers?

Again these are under the contacts section of our website. But just to confirm these again they are as follows:

6. How do I cancel a policy?

We can only cancel your policy once we are in receipt of your insurance certificate and a letter confirming that you wish to cancel your insurance. We cannot cancel policies over the phone or Live Chat Facility.

7. I have trouble contacting you

There are times when we experience very high call and chat volumes and we apologise for this. However, seguromo has been setup at an internet brand and we recommend that you use your "MySeguromo" Online Account as this should be able to answer any question you have. In addition, you also have the facility to send us a message from the portal.

If you are not already aware, from your "MySeguromo" Online Account you can do the following:

  • Make permanent and temporary changes of vehicle
  • Make permanent and temporary changes to drivers
  • Update your personal details
  • View your documents
  • Check the status of your account
  • Upload documents
  • View any claims against your policy
  • Renew your insurance
  • And More...

However, there are occasions when you may need help from one of our helpful advisers. As we are an “Online” company the best way to contact us is to use our "Live Chat" or "iMessage" facility to contact our customer services team. In addition, you also have the facility to send us a message from your "MySeguromo" Online Account.
